Mr. Cephas Zatey holds first degree in Economics and Sociology from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi. After his university education, he worked with the Ministry of Lands, Mines and Forestry as an Assistant Director IIB for two (2) years. He started his banking career with ProCredit Savings and Loans Company as a Credit Officer in 2004. Later, he became a Senior Credit Officer and subsequently a Credit Coordinator. He joined Intercontinental Bank Ghana Limited in 2006 as a Relationship Manager. In 2007, he resigned from Intercontinental Bank to join uniCredit Ghana Limited as the Credit Manager. In 2012, he became the Portfolio Manager, managing both Credit and Deposit of the institution, a position he held until December, 2014. Mr. Zatey is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Capitalnet Microfinance Limited, a position he has held since January, 2015. He is very innovative and a creative thinker. He has great passion for learning, excellence and always strives to achieve set target. He has excellent negotiation and presentation skills and has the ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
